Thanks. One last problem i've run into, the arcemu-logonserver opens and then closes quite swiftly. I can only catch a glimpse of it but it says:

Bind unsuccessful on port 3724. Bind unsuccessful on port 8093. Hooking signals...

Success! Ready for connections
Shutting down...

And Arcemu-world keeps doing this:

Attempting to connect to logon server...
Connection failed. Will try again in 10 seconds.

It's because the ports 3724 and 8093 are not free so maybe you have other server on your computer which use the same ports.

Right, i've managed to get into the game, using admin as the username and admin as the password. I get to the realm selection screen, select Lord Kings Test Realm and then hit okay. It flickers to "logging into game server" before going back to the realm selection screen again.

Any suggestions?

It's something to do with the configs.

About the Logging into Game Server problem - I have no idea. I may have to release one of my repacks I have done in the past and see if I can update it to 3.3.5a. Simply because when I done it, I released it and no body had any problems.

When you keep clicking on the realm, make sure you keep trying and trying and hopefully you should get in at some point.

Let every of your configs on 127.0.0.1 , if your making your server public just change the realms config the realm 1 on your host, if you have windows7 you might have problems making it public,
like we had and we changed to windows xp to have a public server.

Got it to work. Just redownloaded the config files and went through it again. Loving the Stormwind Cathedral by the way, and thanks for all the help. Will be looking forward to something similar when Cataclysm comes out. Very Happy

How do I enter ICC? There is no portal in the front entrance and I still couldn't get it to work after re-reading some older posts.

Well im still getting a bunch of errors with the world, and the dbc link doesnt work for me either. I press ok to the errors and all it does now is Attempting to connect logon server..... Connection failed. Will try again in 10 seconds over and over again

Did you even Check the configs? They are changed... change where tehre is a 5.54... with 127.0.0.1.

And guyz chill V2 is out i just make some updates before uploading.

I was looking in HeidiSQL and coppied and pasted the SQLs in the query, but I keep getting an message when I click to execute the SQL that says I have an error in my SQL syntax.

Ok so the server works yay!!! But when i go to some of the vendors it says theres a database problem or something, and how to i add the lich king stuff as said in the instructions. Smile

I'm sure he's sorting that in 2.0. Just be patient and try out other things such as mucking with the GM commands while you wait. Laughing
