program can not start because msvcr100.dl not exist. the problem may fix by installing the program.

All you have to do is to download a repack, and then open world.exe and then logon.exe and you can login ingame with admin and pass admin.
About making it public watch a video and a tutorial for it , and let us know if you got any problems.

Dude my problem is other i start arcemu-world.exe after few seconds it give me warning : One or more DBC files are missing not .dll files nvm i installed the program you said and still dont work if someone got solution pls help >.>

Its a very nice repack , when you load the world you will get some errors , just press ok on them , its nothing.

Alright i have read all through these forums i have everything goin just need to get in ICC, (very nice repack btw, best i have come across so far), so do i just need to download that dcb pack for it too work right? and another question you said add that location info into a notepad and put into dcb but how does it read if its in txt for?

im guesing that stuff goes in with scourge teleporter.lua ill try but your help would still be greatly appreciated..

i have heidisql but i don't know how to create accounts....

You need to go onto the logon table and find 'accounts'

Characters is for the characters insdie the realm e.g. Guilds, Characters, Player items, Tickets.
World - Is where the items,npcs/vendors etc are.

Anywho, you need to find accounts and then create one by adding the next sequence number if it's 2 , create a new row and set it to 3. - Then follow in the fields, username, password, however it will then say something about level or rank, it can be a or az - Both have commands but AZ is administrator which is what you should have.
