How To Start the Server:

Run those files:
lbniese-repack 2.9\Server\MySQL.bat
lbniese-repack 2.9\ArcEmu\arcemu-logonserver.exe
lbniese-repack 2.9\ArcEmu\arcemu-world.exe

Tip 1 : Try to get it from google and add it in your computer.

Tip 2 : Use RegCure maybe it will fix it.

Tip 3 : Change your Windows from 64 bit to 32 bit (Install other windows )
