As for my problem, I'm trying to access ICC. I understand that there's an npc in the cathedral to port me there (Can the horde visit this place by the way?) but when I talk to him all he says is greetings. I've got HeidiSQL opened up and attached to my private wow server, the game's running smoothly. I can't seem to find the scourge teleporter within all of that stuff. I'm new to all of this so please forgive me if it's been covered before (I read all 16 pages...albiet at 3 in the am lol. I might've missed something). As far as the notepad method goes, I have the text copied into notepad, and saved to my desktop. Do I neeed to save it as anything specific? I got the feeling from your explanation that I'm supposed to drag the notepad onto something, but I apologize because I cannot figure out what. THanks in advance!

...as I said 100 times ... you need Microsoft Visual 2010 and Net Framework 4.0 (Porblem already solved on our forums) + warning for you (You know why)

I already have .net 4.0 and visual express 2010. Or was that not directed at me?

Edit: At any rate, I'm still having trouble figuring out how to enable the ICC content. I'm just not grasping what it is I'm supposed to do with this notepad file after I've created it and copied the text into it.

go to arcemu, configs, world (open with notepad) and find: Rates: XP and change it to the value you want

yup. go to Arcemu, configs, optional and find: Optional: Starting Level="1" and change it to 80
