authinticanting error in word.exe

when i run mysql and logon server they run fine but when i run .world.exe it says authintication timed out and over and over can anyone help

go into your world and logon config files, edit the "Remote password = change_me_logon" to "ascent" and "change_me_world" to "ascent".
