Authentication Error?

Hey whats up,
I unpacked Novos, ran the AIONEmulator starter. Then went to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and downloaded the launcher. I run the launcher and login to aion. Then i get the error: "No game server is availible to the authentication server (6)"
what the hell?

Go to Tools folder of the repack then > No Ip Restrict folder and copy the .dll file to your aion>bin32 folder

When i do that and try to load aion i get an error about 1.9.0.x? And which launcher should i be using? There is one i can DL from the IP site, then there's the one that i made for CC:1. I downloaded the latest IP restriction but i guess one has not been released for the new patch?
