Can't start my arcemu-logonserver

When i try to open my arcemu-logonserver, this come up :

Startpunktet for prosedyren fantes ikke i biblioteket for dynamiske koblinger, MSVCR100.dll

In english:
??1_NonReentrantPPLLockHolder@details@Concurrency@@QAE@XZ
The starting point of the procedure was not in the dynamic link library, MSVCR100.dll

So what should i do to fix it?

You will have to download NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010

I have done it, but it didn't help.

TRY REinstalling it , if it doesnt work change your repack.

I got a small problem i got server but i can´t start i am login clik to realm Blizlike but it´s write Connection and and again window with real´s please i want help

Check your config files(realms,world,logon) if you did something wrong with them. or paste it for us so we can tell you what was your mistake.
