cant connect Empty cant connect

Hey,

I run a private server and my friends cant connect.
I can connect.
My router is portforwarding and my settings are good.
the repack is download from here.
Can some1 check on teamvieuwer by me?

Alot of people have this problem , even me. i think its something to do with the firewall , that it doesnt alow some ports to work.
