. In this forum we are a community of friends and the attacks/hate between members of this community are prohibited.

2. Messages
a) It is desirable to avoid deviation from the subject of the section in this forum. In this way, information will be properly sorted and the moderators will have less work. It is also recommended using the search option to see if the subject on which you want to debate on, thus creating a new topic, wasn't already discussed. Also, you have the option to read the FAQs of the General Discussion Section.
b) Swear words are allowed as long as they are not pointed to someone. We understand that many appease a "fuck" but giving it to other members of the forums falls into the next point.
c) Swearing a person is NOT allowed.
d) Each user is responsible for what he writes. The management of this forum does not assume responsibility for your opinions.
e) It is desirable to avoid quoting the whole post from a user if the post isn't in a different subpage. Instead, you can quote passages of a post and commentor direct addressing can be used.
f) The forum is not a chat. Hence, for personal talks between two users we provide the private messaging function.
g) It is not allowed to post the same message in several sections in order to attract attention quickly.
h) We do not accept posting links to other sites in order to advertise outside the forum. However, links are accepted when related to the thread.
i) Monosyllabic answers ( YES, NO, right or "", "Razz", "lol" ) are notallowed.

3. Accounts and Settings
a) We do not accept clones. If a user is banned and he/she creates another account to avoid that sanction, or a person owns two or more accounts, these are considered Clones.
b) It is prohibited to include in the signature, nickname or avatar any link to a website or forum. For such cases the profile option for website is available. We reserve the right to edit signatures, nicknames and avatars which violate this sub-paragraph. It is accepted if you have permission from an administrator.
c) Avatars, signatures and nicknames should not have anti-Semitic, racist or obscene content.
d) Personal pages should not have obscene, anti-Semitic or racist content. Also we do not tolerate posts containing pharmaceutical or gambling web-sites.

4. Confidentiality
a) IP addresses of all posts are being recorded to aid in resolving violations of this regulations.
b) Any information you entered is stored in the database.
c) Any action done by the moderation of authorized persons (administrators or moderators) is stored in the database.
d) Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent except as provided by law. Administrators and moderators can not be held responsible for theft or vandalism attacks that may lead to the data being compromised.
e) This forum system uses cookies to store information on your computer. These cookies do not contain information about other applications but are used exclusively for your viewing ease.
f) Email addresses are used only for confirming your registration and for sending new passwords in the case should you forget your current one and to request notification of certain events occurring in the forum (in reply to your message, you receive a private message ).
g) Forum administrators reserve the right to contact you occasionally to inform you of this forum's specific issues.

5. Administrators
a) Administrators are people who own this forum and deal with both the technical side and the administrative side of it.
b) The Administrator status may be granted only in special situations and only at the proposal of other administrators.
c) The Administrators have the right to manage any message on this forum and can not be accounted to other members for their actions.

6. Moderators
a) Moderators are users that have the right to manage sections of the forum.
b) Moderators subject to this Regulation, as any other user, and be careful that it is applied correctly.
c) Managing messages shall conform to this regulation; serious or repeated deviations from this rule would be constituted by claiming the right to moderate.
d) The Moderator status doesn't involve privileges but responsibility. Moderators are able to edit, move, delete or block messages other users.
e) There may be moderators with powers restricted to some sections of the forum or with powers over all the forum sections.
f) The status of moderator is proposed and granted only by Administrators and nobody can intervene in this.
g) Moderator status can withdrawn only by Administrators. Removal can be done without a reason, but these actions will be communicated.
h) Although not necessary, the moderators can give explanations for their actions.
i) The Moderators are required to give explanations for their actions when a user expressly requires it.

7. Sanctions
a) The moderators have the right to apply sanctions. Those consist in public or private warning, editing the message, deleting the message, blocking the whole thread, blocking the ability to send messages over a period of several hours to several days, suspend the account on a period of several hours to several days. Also, moderators can propose other users for banning.
b) If they notice a violation of rule 2c, the moderators will delete or edit your post and the person will receive a Warn (+ 2 or 7 days post-prohibition ). Post prohibition remains the moderator's decision.
c) In case of repeated violations of section 2f, 2g, 2h and 2i, the moderators will warn the users concerned, publicly or privately.
d) In case of the breach of section 3b, 3c and 3d, administrators will edit / delete materials complained in private and will warn the user. Repeated violations of this rule may continue into temporarily or permanently blocking the access to the forums for the person.

8. Ending
a) This regulation can not cover all situations that may appear on the forum. In this case the measures are to be taken with common sense and regarding the best functioning of the forum.
b) In this forum there are not exceptions. Any member, regardless of hierarchical position or number of posts in this forum will apply to this regulation and the penalty will be applied under the regulation.
c) Section Off Topic is part of a preferential status in the sense that it makes it less moderated. Following this rule, the Off Topic posts will not be penalized for not being ON-TOPIC or with real content. It will instead penalize messages that do not respect the rule 2c.
d) Rules can be changed anytime. This will be announced publicly.
e) After registration it is deemed to have read the regulation and are 100% agree with what is written here. If you are already registered at the time of display rules, posting further action means a tacit acceptance of its content, whether you have read them or not.
