[Guide] How to Edit Enchanting Rates

just like the name of this topic, i'll show you how to edit the enchanting rates in a few easy steps.
sorry if someone has already post how to do this but i tried finding some and i haven't found one.
if there is already a guide teaching how to do this, apologies to the author, i will delete this thread.

so first you go into your repack > AIONEmulator > gameserver > config > main > enchants.properties

then you open it using any program you want (i use notepad XD)

and there it is, just replace the default numbers into the percent rate you want it to have.

save it, close it, and enjoy enchanting!!
