As many people find it hard to level over a long time i wanted to give some tips.
One day i wanted a druid, eight days later i had a level 80 druid.
I like to call myself a non-stop gamer. I can sit for hours without getting boored. Here is some of the things that help me:

The most important is that you sit comfortable, if you sit in a hard chair or your desk is too tall you will have problems to sit fo eight hours straight. If you are unsure if you know how high to have your chair (if you can regulate it's hight) you should be able to have your shoulders relaxed and still be able to have your hands straight
(Example pic comming)

Having enough drink, food and cany close is also important. The best is to have it so close you dont need to move out of your chair to get it. For the drink, the best is some cold soda (and not one of those "light" sodas). I like coca cola, because of the tase and it gives me mouch energy. For candy, different types is good, you dont want to get tired of the candy you are eating to stay awake.

Atmosphare is important, if it is too hot you will get tired ALOT faster, so have a window or two open and maybe have the aircondition running (if you have). Dont have the lights too bright, but not too dark eighter. Make it a little brighter than your screen(s) so your eyes dont get tired of a too bright screen. Also i've figured out that having your room and specially your desk clean helps alot. if it is messy around you and you feel like you dont have enough space around you, you might want to consider cleaning your room a little. Also try to keep your room smell free.

Have some music running at all times, it gives you someting to run on. You dont want to wake your family up, so dont have it too loud. Have the volume so low that you can hear it, but in some way dont think too mouch of it, it just is there.
Having a tv-series or some movies to watch on a 2nd screen or a TV helps alot, but dont get too cought up in it so you forget to level.

Having a 2nd screen helps you alot. If you are having some troubble with a quest you dont need to alt+tab all the time, just watch a little to the side and look it up. When i level i have Youtube, Facebook (for silly games), wowhead, wowwiki and Twistgaming up in my web browser. While flying, waiting for RP etc. it is good to have something to do. I use silly games on facebook (search for MindJolt games) or i write a guide like this for Twistgaming.

Sometimes you might feel very tired, but if you ignore it and keep going it will disappear(you become what i call "over-tired") and you feel more awake than tired. This is where my friends mess up, when they start to feel tired they go to bed. If you just wait that extra 30-40 min you will get awake again.

Hope this helped you in your leveling: )
if you feel that i'm missing something or have tips from your own experiences just post them and i'll concider adding it (with cred ofc)
