Fly anywhere? Empty Fly anywhere?

Got everything working from the amazing tutorials found here....(if I could make one revision to let it go to atleast lvl 55 not 50 cause of new items an such) but i was wondering how to make flight to be available everywhere? and possibly infinite for other players. Thanks!
