Mall help? and T9 and Custom vendor help...

Ok so i have a new private server and a teleporter hooked up to two locations i want to have a mall.. is there a file i can download and put into my database? that has all the vendors already made like T9 T10? that have all the items already in there? and the vendor part i mean is ive played on other private servers when you want to get teir vendors from the vendor its only your class ? how can i make vendors like this... thanks

oh i forgot to say... Can anyone share a ICC script ? thanks ... and so i just save it in my scritps folder as lua? lol

About the ICC Script, i can share mine, but you'll have to spawn the npc's there too..
