cannot save host file

ive been trying to edit my host file so i can make my server public but when i try to save it gives me this error: cannot create, make sure the path and file name are correct. plz help?

Try running the launcher which updates it, as administrator. You can do so by right clicking your WoW icon and selecting "run as administrator".
Make sure your doing everything right.
