New to scripting , and GM addon?

I found out where the Scripting folder is Obv but i dont know what program to open what to script with or how to script , maybe a link to a guide , And what GM addon i need that xD(that helps you spawn items)

About scripting you need to watch some tutorials for it , you will need navicat or heidiSQL for it.
