How to work a ticket.

1) Type '/join gm_sync_channel' {This channel is made for GM tickets only.

2) Type '.gmTicket get'.This will show you the list of GM tickets

3) Type .gmTicket getid This will show the player's ticket (what he wrote)

4) Type '.gm on' if you didn't do already Will show your GM tag

5) Type .gm allowwhispers This will allow the player to respond, if not, it will tell him that he does not have an open ticket.

6) Open the ticket.


MaNGOS


1) Type .ticket This will show if there is an open ticket

2) Type .ticket This will usually be 1 if you do them in order{This will show the ticket's content}

3) Type .gm on if it's not done already {Will show your GM tag again}

4) You can just talk to the player, it will allow whispers automatically. The command is '.whisper on' tho.

5) Open the ticket.

For MaNGOS, you need to type .gm on and .gm chat on for the Blizzard badge

You could also use GM Helper, if you're too lazy
