How to make max lvl 100 and teleports?

so my question is how do i make max lvl to 100 and make teleports that people can use

Go to your config`s, then optional and set your starting level to 1, about teleporter`s take a look on a tutorial, you need to know scripting.

ehm i have starting lvl but max lvl is 80..

go to optional.conf froun in configs folder and look for
Level Cap and Gen Level Cap, change them to max level allowed by you
